I purchased it this morning and is shows on my DLC list, but it is not installing.

I followed the instructions on steam and cleared my download cache. The add on is now installed.

The max speed is controlled by the engine simulation bin file. I am using 3DS Max 2016 with the Train Simulator 2015 plugin and it works just fine.

I appreciate your response, but I have determined that no matter where I put the origin for the worker, his parts and eventually him would disappear as I got closer. I finally gave up with that and started taking a close look at the geopcdx file using RWTools, and noted an entry for the problem node...

I had the same problem after a computer rebuild. The only thing that worked was to install Macroworks on my C drive, and also edit the script to point at the plugins folder.

I am afraid that would not work, because coal cars use a cargo definition of "BulkCargoDef" and the cargo portion of the bin file has a specific input for animation, whereas the box cars have a cargo definition of "ContainerCargoDef" which does not have a place to add animation. No the Freight Dock operates as a transfer point similar to the container loaders in the sim. When you activate "load" the forklift picks up a crate off of the dock, and places it on the freight car if it is a flat car with a load included in it's bin file. I have created a simple box in 3DSMax 2016, converted it to an editable poly, applied a .bmp texture and exported using RW Intermediate Geometry.

When I try to create a simple scenery blueprint using the exported .igs file, I get this error message:
