Atomic Systems

Hi there I'm relativly new to MSTS and I have subcribed to the Premium Site. I've downloaded Carlisle-Glasgow route and early morning activity. I have read the readme files and on it gives a list of locos and stock required to run this route / activity. What I have noticed is that it flags up errors...

call me a numpty if you will but i dont seem to understand how to download. As i cant see a download screen or if there is one its not ovious.

The download depot is very complicated and not user friendly
can anybody give me some advise please?
