Re: GEML Manningtree-Harwich Upgrade JT

And what Container Terminal would that be, as it closed down its operations in 1986, all that is left there now are a couple of tracks. All JT need to put in are some large white warehouses on that spit of land and they've got the modern area just about covered. I'll still use the other far more de...

Re: Chances of Wheelslip

It would be good to have wheelslide too. Don't believe TS has that at all.

Re: AWS magets for TSR's

Hi, Is there a way you can add an AWS magnet when putting in a TSR? Thanks Why would you want to go to all that trouble when they are not used on the "real railway"? All that is used, for a pre-notified TSR, is a marker board with TSR limit on it about a mile from the TSR, then a speed limit board ...

Re: AP AWS Bell

The bells are actually quite loud in real life, louder than in TS. I actually hold my hand over the speaker when prepping a unit sometimes and often other drivers stick stickers over the speaker to make them quieter.. Maybe that interests someone :p

Re: Daves Workshop Launch - Greater Anglia and GEML content

Sadly no, sidetracked by life and not really into TS at present. I believe there will be a better version coming up if the screenshots by gypbrc are anything to go by. So all is not lost.. there is still an awesome GEML fix to be had :)

Re: A Problem with Meshtools Locos

Can it really be the bidirectional thing considering I get this same problem on GCR and WSR at Loughborough and Minehead?

Any idea what the route in the screenshots where it looks like it's on the edge of a dock? Is it Falmouth branch?

Re: What New Simulator Would You Like To See ?

Clever use of signalling and points perhaps? I would propose car/lorry length sectors where you switch to the other side of the road to overtake parked cars etc. Not 100% realistic, but should be workable. You'd still need to have some hidden signalling to allow any AI to work alongside traffic lig...

Re: What is up with my PC?

My PC is more stable now apart from some re-attempts when I try to turn it back on. Sounds like a plausible case actually, need to see what PSU it is. If I need one, is it easy to install? I haven't changed one before, if it involves soldering wires or something, forget it! Nothing in PC's re...

http://i57.tinypic.com/2hd5qfk.jpg Can also see the ballast overlaps the edge. OK the reason i wasn't seeing this is because i have the complete collection of Richard Maxted's narrow gauge stuff installed for his incredible Leek & Manifold line Installing this may fix your issue [uktsfile 27068] Th...

Re: Class 156 NXEA reskin for Lowestoft service?

There are no NXEA 156s around any more so technically no, at the start of the year there were still a few but now nothing. The whole GA sprinter fleet, with the exception of 153314, is white with red doors. Got it; looks like I'll be giving DavidVI's red door reskin a whirl :D Enjoy it ;) That too ...

Re: Jinty driving tips and questions.

David The fire mass is displayed on the F4 HUD (trying to recall and I think its on the F5 HUD) Its underneath the fire doors and the water level is under the water icon) - I usually note both the fire mass and the water levels when the scenario opens and try to keep them within +/-5-10% of those f...

I wouldn't have a clue without looking at it. Might be wise to post on a computer forum, can usually get to the bottom of things in such communities :)

Re: What is up with my PC?

First thought is overheating. Have you noticed any fans trying harder or is it quieter than usual (maybe ones dead)?/
