Today i found out i was having the same problem. I never made much use of the package manager but today it didn't work as before (the update???).
What i did was running Railworks in offline mode and, tada, i could install something again.
Hope this will workout for those who have problems too.

East of the Netherlands - the ijsselline
Here is a video-impression of a route in the making in the eastern part of the Netherlands. Its the so called ijsselline, a line that roughly follows the river ijssel from Arnhem to Zwolle. I've been working on it for one and a half year by now and it's still far from being finished. The route event...

Duarn objects
There seems to be a mistake in upload with 2 objects recently released by Duarn on http://www.railsim-fr.com. As i am not speaking French at all and therefore not a member on their forum i post it here in the hope somebody will pass the message through. It seems that Duarn has put the same file of d...

Re: Class 77
Marc, the Fens are areas of East Anglia that used to be very swampy until they were drained several hundred years ago by Dutch engineers and turned over to agriculture. The resulting countryside is very flat and many roads, which tend to be unusually straight for Britain, have drainage dykes runnin...

Re: Class 77
The only irony for me living where I do near the Fens, is that many Netherlands (!) routes would be very similar to my real life routes and we even had a Dutchman drain most of the fens! Don't realy understand what you are saying here, mate. What you mean with "the Fens"? Is that "the Wall", i.o. t...

Re: ChrisTrains dutch trains for TS2012
Well some of us are busy with route building. I'm busy with a piece of the eastern part of the Netherlands with Arnhem in the centre, but it's far away from completion. Some screens over here, http://www.railworksnederland.eu/index.php/nl/forum/7-ontwikkeling-routes/902-arnhem-centraal When the Rail...

Re: Class 77
But it should have for a Dutch version, though :D :D :D Well in that case the middle lamp should be lower and on the bogies, there should be sandboxes, so it has not all the NS modifications In other words, we (your eastern overseas :o neighbours) realy would appreciate a Dutch class 1500 to be con...

Re: TS2012 Woodhead route blog
No, please leave them in. Or even better, make a Dutch class 1500 separately for the Dutch RW community. The WIP 77 is looking good too but please get rid of the 'Dutch' buffers
This community is badly in need of some Dutch stock.
Best regards to all
