dear me

Bit of a huge disaster. My laptop is utterly wrecked, it just completely died. Sadly my work is being suspended until the lovely people at evesham can put it right. Luckily, Bill and Ben have been rescued from the wreckage and are complete and ready to roll, I'm not sure about whether I could be bot...

Actually I've been meaning to ask if anybody knew of how to get hold of detailed diagrams of specific locos, preferably with dimensions...

I think I've got it now, I'm sort of adding my own slight lighting by making any upward-facing polys a dark grey. I think I've found enough pictures to probably get somewhere near a first version. I've also been kindly supplied by Paul Gausden with what I think is the final version of Bill/ben, so I...

I've got several screen captures of my engines but I haven't got any way of hosting them as yet, but I'll try to get some up soon. I'll look into windscreen wipers, does anyone know if theycan be done in 3DCanvas and if so, how Finally Donald and Douglas are pretty much built but are on hold while I...

I think I've completed the final version, just going to email it to decapod to convert it so it's just a matter of time now before I get it all finished, all I'll have to do after that is adjust the eng file to fit the slightly altered height and cylinder poisitions and then do a new texture for ben...

Bill and Ben: A Massive Favour?

I've just built my first 3D loco for MSTS which is Brendam Bay's 'Bill' based loosely on a Bagnall 0-4-0ST. I used the standard version of 3DCanvas which doesn't have the functionality to export MSTS files and was wondering if anyone would be so kind as to take it off my hands and make it work in MS...

Huzzah

Well, I've just made one as my first ever model. How do I upload a picture here? I only have it as a .3dc, it's not animated and I don't have to tools to export it into MSTS but if anybody wants to finish it off for me they're welcome to, in fact I'd be delighted.

Embarrassed...

Well don't I feel inadequate. I'm about three quarters of the way through creating a route based around Tidmouth and now I find out somebody's doing the whole of Sodor. Ah well, good luck with that. How far off are you from finishing it? Also, are you using primarily MSTNoodle's engines? I do like t...
