What add-on is there for the German ICE-3 Loco. I know one of the pro Trains have it but i don't know which one it is. Are the Pro Train series any good?

First off i am new here and is great to be here!!

What has happend to Train sim 2 i had it pre-ordered and had an email saying that it has been cancelled, the game not my pre-order, well it is now though. Does anyone know why the game has been cancelled?
