The last one is an interesting hint. :)

The number on it appears to be D3462 or D3452, not too sure.

I notice that the chains between the freight wagons are linked up over the hooks, does this mean that this is animated? Would be a nice touch, I can already see the NZR 'Chopper' coupling hooks swinging down.... and the chains and brake hoses meeting up....

Some very nice picts there :D Should stop the grizzles about no anti-aliasing.... although having watched this forum for a while I'm sure the complains will roll in soon enough.... I think it all looks very nice and I will be getting a copy...

Further to the number, a Google Image Search for it brings up things like this:

D3452

http://www.combsmr.co.uk/g70.html

(From that last one I think that D3452 is a Class 10)

D3462

(From that last one I think that D3462 is a Class 08)

http://www.wsr.org.uk/news02_a.htm

That one mentions D3462 at Bishops Lydeard.

EDIT: Even more pics of D3462 here:

Excellent screenshots Adam! Nice to see a few new freight wagons making an appearance :) and as for the 08, well that should cause a few smiles! I can already picture myself shunting Mk2s at Newcastle for a Deltic to take down the ECML :D

I'd be surprised if they weren't animated, TRS seems to have set a lot of standards for KRS  (although no doubt people will start moaning that it's a bad thing because it's not like MSTS etc.....)

Looking forward to more shots, I'm starting to get the impression I was perhaps wrong to dismiss the October release date so quickly...

JB

Edit:I also find this image interesting with regards to the signalling, looks promising! (Oh and that Deltic looks quite nice up-close :P )

Magnificent, i am one who will definately be buying KRS. After over six years of constantly running MSTS & five years of TRS, i am ready for something new and fresh.
