Conwy and North Wales

Hi

I downloaded file 27697 Conwy and North Wales and believe I have all the required files installed
but RW Tools shows the following is missing
Assets\Conwy+NorthWales\Conwy_NorthWales\environment\terrain\decals\conwy tunnel 2 x01 y1.bin

Can someone please advise where I can get this?
