Thanks for your comments guys.

I've decided I'm going to release the route in stages to speed up the process and let you guys have a play on the route firsthand. Scenery is taking extremely long to do and some of the branches, Halfway in particular, are like mini routes in themselves.

Of course I would. I gave up because the route suffered from a lack of interest and I wasn't going to bother creating something that no-one really cared for.

I would like to take on your project, to get it finished, do you still have the route files? It would help me a great deal and give me a great starting block?

With the new version of my Supertram (Completely new model) it would be great to do like the Metrolink pack.

There's a very old 'Alpha' Version available on UKTS the newer one will be available in the coming months.

I had a go at making one, but I'm not very happy with it;



It's just a model at this stage, not in-game.
Lots of rough edges.
It is more or less to scale, though. I made it from blueprints (which I appear to have since lost)

The one I was in the process of making before ammending the textures and making better ones was:



This was a very WIP but had animated doors and full interior, passenger view is being worked on as well. I have completely redone the texture maps so needed to restart the model as to fit as the new ones differ a great deal from the one shown, The new model will get done in my week off work next month (I think it's then anyhow) Can you send me a copy of your texture as your headlights look a lot better than mine.

Is this actually available for download at all? I got MSTS a few days ago and ive had fun adding routes/trains and was shocked to see this. I would love to play this route (even if it isnt finished) as im from Sheffield myself. Also i live just away from the Granville Road tram stop so if that part is unfinished i can get you pictures as well.

Hi vertex, I'm Fred, From Sheffield as well. I am restarting this route as I have not heard from Photons66. If you could email me some photos of the Granville road area that would be great. Meadowhall Area is my speciality (Living in Tinsley) so the more people that can provide me with photos the better.

Hi Photons, how big is the route (Size wise) and is it possible to use winzip to split the file into many smaller files (As uploaders do on here).

I had begun work on a new copy of the route, with track so far placed from Meadowhall Interchange to Meadowhall south.

The only other way I can think to get the route to me would be via post and CD but not sure about this (What with postage costs)
